Rylie's 2nd b-day.

We just got back from a trip to Disneyland where we spent Rylies second birthday. We had such a fun time; everyone was so nice to Rylie. We took her Knott’s Berry Farm to the world famous Chicken Dinner Restaurant where they brought Rylie out a Snoopy ice cream bar with a candle in it and they sang happy birthday to her. We went to Disneyland a little later in the day. She got a birthday sucker, which she fell asleep eating. I was looking around in the store that's right when you come out of Pirates and the girl in the store called Goofy on the phone and Goofy sang Happy Birthday to Rylie. We went to California Adventure where an all girl mariachi band sang happy birthday to her in Spanish and then in English. She got to meet Aladdin and Jasmine. There was even a cutout of Wall-E that she loved, and we watched the light parade. It was so much fun. Thanx daddy.

An all women Mariachi band at California Adventure sang Happy Birthday to Rylie. She didn't know what to do, so she just stood there.

Vegas BABY!!!

We just got back from an awesome trip to Vegas with Brad and Liberty. We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel where we spent all our time at the pool. It's a private pool so when you come in someone takes you to a padded lounge chair where they dress it up with a soft terry cloth cover, they give you a towel and a HUGE picture of lemon water, they wait on you hand on foot. Every few minutes someone would walk around and offer you an Evian mist, clean your sunglasses, give you samples of smoothies, hand out FREE creamsicles and make sure you are comfortable. The locker rooms have private showers with full 32 ounce bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shave cream and body wash. It also has 4 stations with hair dryers and Paul Mitchell hair products. I was in heaven. I sat and relaxed and took my sweet time. Chris and Brad took their time in their locker room and took in all the amenities. They went into the steam room, showered shaved and enjoyed the RICH life. We went to a lot of great restaurants. Spago, Todai Sushi and Olives at the Bellagio. We saw Blue Man Group
(3rd time) Friday night and Saturday we saw "O" at the Bellagio. We had AWESOME seats at both shows. It was such a fun trip. Thank you to all who took care of Rylie I know she had a blast!!!!

WARNING!!!

About 8 weeks ago I found a painful lump in my left breast. I figure I'll wait a few more weeks and go in and take a pregnancy test and then have them check the lump. Two birds with one stone. Well it was bugging me so I called and they took me in right away. I wasn't able to see my doctor, I saw a nurse practitioner. They gave me a pregnancy test and it came back positive and they think because of all the hormones that a small cyst is swollen, she found lots of cysts but this one I went in for is larger than the rest, she said lets just watch it, if it gets bigger lets have an ultrasound done on it. I was coming back to the doctors in 2 weeks for my 9-week checkup. I came back 2 weeks later and a different nurse practitioner felt the lump and said lets just watch it, if it gets bigger lets have a ultrasound done on it. Well I went back to the doctor yesterday to have an ultrasound on the baby (everything is great) I met my REAL doctor, she felt the lump and said lets get an ultrasound done, so I go in on July 28 for an ultrasound on the lump. What was the point of me going in 7 weeks ago to have it looked at. Just to "watch it". That makes me mad!!!! That's why I went in the FIRST time!!! What if I wasn't pregnant and didn't have all these appointments scheduled anyways. I'd watch it till it grew into a bigger problem. If any of you have any concerns about any part of your body and or health go to the extreme and BE SAFE, NOT SORRY.

Watching Rylie.

I am sitting downstairs on the couch typing an email and I gave Rylie my case that holds all my cards, I.D., credit cards, etc. She is standing next to me going through it. Well she kept running upstairs with one credit card then she would come back put the card away and get another, after the third time I went to spy on her to see what she's up to. She is running to the front door to open it with the card. We have stayed at to many hotels, she's catching on.

We get this magazine monthy called Hometown Values well Rylie was looking through it and she came across this add and she said "Disneyland". She thought that the Temple in the background was the Disney castle. I told her it is the true "happiest place on earth" It was really cute.

Happy 4th of July!!!

We went to the Silverado Lodge in Park City with family and got a couple condos and on the 3rd we watched fireworks being launched from the parking lot. It was really neat and really loud. I had to take Rylie and watch from inside. On the 4th we went to the mountain and rode the Alpine Slide. Rylie rode with me and loved it. She wanted to go FAST!!! The next day everyone went home and Chris and I moved to the Sundial Lodge and my parents came up. We went to dinner at Cicero’s, that was YUMMY!! We came back to our condo and my mom gave Rylie a bath, Ry loves that. My parents went home the next morning and then Chris' parents came back up for the last night. We went to a fancy restaurant called The Bistro, delicious 3-onion soup. We came back to the condo put Rylie to bed and played Scrabble. Chris went to work this morning, Jim is watching the stock market and here I sit blogging. It's been a very nice 5 days and I'm sad to leave. We are definitely spoiled but I have no complaints. Thanks Jim and Ann Marie and to all who came and to my working hard man Chris I love you.
